The bearing system of the frame consists of precast concrete elements connected with Peikko concrete connectors. All main components are connected rigidly with each other in lateral and longitudinal direction. There are 3 floors (0,00, +6,50, +13,00). The main frames are connected with secondary beams (flexible jointed) and the main longitudinal beam with each other’s. All floors with be built with precast concrete slabs and in-situ concrete as a top concrete layer. The roof construction will be made with a prestressed hollow core slabs which spans uniaxial from roof girder to roof girder. Facade is made out of precast concrete elements.
